Athletic College Letter of Intent Signing Information

CONGRATULATIONS!

The Athletic Department is excited to celebrate your accomplishments with you! Below, we have outlined the necessary process for scheduling your signing.

Obtain the necessary paperwork to schedule your signing…

Please read this information carefully and return the Athletic Signing Request Form (link to the right) directly to the Athletic Office. Once it is received by the Athletic Department, Mr. Pompos and/or Mr. Hamilton will contact you via email within 24 hours to confirm a date and time.

What to expect of your signing event…

Generally, this is a ceremonious event in which we help you celebrate your accomplishment by providing a space/opportunity for you to do so. The college signings will be held in the Athletic Lobby at 3:15 pm on a school day. We will have a table with Beavercreek tablecloth and Beavercreek Banner set up for you. As well, we will have a certificate generated from our office for you to sign. If you have official paperwork from your future school you can certainly bring that as well.

Scheduling a date...

Once we have received your paperwork, review it, and confirmed the date/time of your signing, you will want to invite family, friends, teammates, coaches, teachers, etc. you would like to attend. You should also speak to your coach(es) to ask them to speak at your signing.  Finally, wear your college gear and be ready to take photos and sign!
