Athletic College Letter of Intent Signing Information
Congratulations to our Beavercreek High School student-athletes who have committed to continuing their athletic careers at the collegiate level! The Beavercreek Athletic Department is proud to recognize your hard work, dedication, and accomplishments.
Student-athletes interested in scheduling an Individual Athlete Signing Recognition Event should complete the request form linked below.
Recognition events are held in the Beavercreek High School Athletic Lobby at 3:15 p.m. on a school day. The Athletic Department provides a designated signing area with a Beavercreek banner and a commemorative certificate to sign. Student-athletes are encouraged to invite family, friends, teammates, and coaches to celebrate this milestone.
Important Information:

All recognition events must take place before May 1.

Once the completed request form has been reviewed, a member of the Athletic Department will contact the student via email within 24 hours to confirm the event date and time.

Students should wait until their event date and time are confirmed before inviting guests.
